This is a condensed version of our acclaimed Trauma-Informed Yoga Series, this one-day retreat offers a sanctuary for self-discovery and renewal.

Throughout the day, participants will explore diverse themes and engage in a variety of active and restorative postures. Emphasis will be placed on strengthening the core, fostering supportive affirmations, and integrating guided activities such as meditation, journaling, and art.

More than just a yoga session, this event is an opportunity to re-establish connection with oneself while fostering a sense of community.

By committing to the Self-Care Reset Day, you will embark on a journey towards inner peace, healing, and personal growth. Through yoga and mindfulness practices, you'll learn to cultivate connection, trust, and stability in both your body and relationships. Yoga for You: 4-Week Series

Yoga for You: A 4-week series for all bodies so that you increase awareness and self-compassion.

WHEN: Thursdays May 16, 23, 30 and June 6th from 5:30-7PM

WHERE: The class will meet every Thursday in the Lower level of the Lighthouse Cowork, Leduc.

INVESTMENT: $140

Each class offers you a safe space to gain greater awareness around strength, stability, assertiveness, and mindfulness.

  • Classes will have different themes focus on various active and restorative postures, build strength in the core, explore supportive affirmations, and will also be coupled with guided activities including meditation exercises, journaling, and art.

  • Classes will allow participants to re-connect with themselves and build community.

  • Classes will establish consistency and will build upon each other each week.

  • Learn to establish connection in your life and trust others

  • Establish safety and stability in your body and relationships in your life

  • Tap into inner strength and build skills for managing painful experiences

This month’s Karma Yoga Class is in support of the wildfire recovery efforts at Thundering Ground Bison Ranch.
