What is Trauma-Informed Yoga?

It provides a safe container for people to heal through movement. This series provides people with noticeable mental and physical benefits that will be seen throughout their practice. Each class will begin with a psycho-education and activity component, and then move into a physical yoga practice that is accessible for all bodies and experience levels. This is not a trauma processing group, and details of your traumatic event(s) will not be discussed or shared.

If you would like to access support to process trauma, please connect with Nurtured Minds to discuss options for Individual Trauma Therapy.
