Charlie Webb supports adolescents (15+), adults, and couples navigating grief and loss, early parenthood, life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, and chronic stress. Her work blends clinical expertise with a nervous system-informed, somatic approach, supporting clients in creating meaningful, sustainable change.

Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying anxiety, trauma, addiction, relationship struggles, or the weight of experiences that seem difficult to move beyond. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I believe healing begins when people feel truly seen, heard, and understood.
As a therapist, I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment, pressure, or shame. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that every person has strengths that can be rediscovered, even during life's most challenging seasons.
Drawing from both professional training and lived experience, I understand that healing is rarely a straight path. Together, we'll explore the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, build on your resilience, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
Whether you're navigating emotional pain, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply searching for a greater sense of peace and purpose, you don't have to do it alone. My goal is to help you feel empowered, connected, and hopeful as you move toward the life you want to create.

Leah offers a warm, grounded space for adults and teens (16+) who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns of anxiety, self-criticism, or emotional exhaustion. Leah supports clients in slowing down, reconnecting with themselves, and developing greater emotional safety and self-trust.
Her work is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), narrative therapy, and somatic approaches, helping clients understand their inner world with curiosity and compassion. Leah believes that our struggles often make sense when we explore the parts of ourselves shaped by past experiences, and that healing happens when those parts feel seen rather than pushed away. By integrating body-based awareness and nervous system regulation, she helps clients move out of survival mode and into greater clarity and balance.
Leah is currently completing Level 1 training in Nature-Based Therapy and thoughtfully incorporates the natural environment to support grounding, presence, and regulation. Leah works with a wide range of concerns and is especially drawn to supporting clients navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, life transitions, and challenges related to self-worth and emotional wellbeing.

Jillian Macleod-Morehouse
Sound Practitioner
As a Sound Practitioner, Jillian creates intentional sound experiences designed to encourage participants to slow down from the stimulation of everyday life, experience deep rest, and support a greater sense of ease within the nervous system.
Each session is held with intention and care, creating a space where you may pause, breathe, listen, and reconnect. Through the soothing sound and vibration of Crystal Singing Bowls, gongs, elemental chimes, and other instruments, Jillian invites participants to step away from the busyness of everyday life and into a space of stillness.
Jillian is continually engaged in learning and expanding her knowledge to better support each individual she works with. Her experience as a Registered Massage Therapist brings another layer of understanding to her work, whether she is supporting clients through massage therapy or guiding individuals through the experience of a sound bath.
At the heart of Jillian’s practice is a genuine desire to create a space where people feel supported, cared for, and able to simply pause and be.
Lucas Whittle
Practicum Student, Masters of Counselling Psychology
Locations: Leduc
Lucas is currently completing his Master of Counselling Psychology and his practicum with Nurtured Minds Wellness. Before entering the counselling field, he spent over a decade working in education as a teacher and school principal. That experience shaped his interest in people, relationships, and the different ways our experiences can influence how we see ourselves and move through the world.
Lucas takes a relaxed, curious, and collaborative approach to counselling. He believes therapy does not always have to be about fixing something. Sometimes it is about slowing things down enough to notice and make sense of patterns and understand ourselves a little better. He is especially interested in the connection between the mind and body, the nervous system, and how learning to be more present with our experiences can change our relationship with them.
His developing approach incorporates person-centred, experiential, somatic, parts work, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) perspectives. Outside of counselling, Lucas enjoys being outdoors, spending time with his family, reading, and being present.
Leanne Burke
Practicum Student, Masters Of Counselling Psychology
Leanne is a practicum student therapist completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. She brings more than 15 years of experience working alongside youth, adults, and families in school, community, and social service settings.
Having lived and worked in the Leduc County area, Leanne has a strong appreciation for the strengths and challenges that can come with living in rural and smaller communities. She values the opportunity to continue supporting individuals and families within the community she calls home.
Leanne takes a strengths-based, person-centred, and trauma-informed approach to counselling. She believes people are more than the challenges that bring them to therapy and that meaningful change begins with feeling heard, respected, and understood. Her goal is to create a counselling space that feels welcoming, genuine, collaborative, and free from judgment.
Throughout her career, Leanne has supported individuals and families experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, trauma, family and relationship concerns, life transitions, and other complex life circumstances. She believes in working alongside clients to recognize the strengths they already possess, better understand their experiences, and develop practical strategies that support the changes they would like to make in their lives.
For Leanne, building a trusting therapeutic relationship is an important part of the counselling process. She recognizes that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable and strives to meet each client with curiosity, compassion, and respect while allowing them to move at a pace that feels right for them.
When Leanne is not working or studying, she enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, fishing, playing sports, and spending time with her family and friends.
