With warmth and curiosity, she helps you explore your experiences without judgment, uncover meaningful next steps, and reconnect with your most grounded, authentic self.

Pat sees healing as something we do in connection—with ourselves, with others, and with the natural world around us. Her nature-informed, collaborative style helps clients feel supported, understood, and empowered as they navigate life’s twists and turns.
