Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is the joint process between a therapist and a person in therapy. Common goals of therapy may be to improve quality of life, or to inspire positive change. You may seek therapy to help with issues that are hard to face alone. This method of therapy may also be referred to as psychotherapy, counselling, or talk therapy.

Relationship Therapy

Relationship therapy is the joint process between a therapist and the people who are in the relationship. You may seek relationship therapy in order to solve
inter-relational issues, or simply as a tool to enhance and strengthen their relationship. Relationship therapy is based on 5 principles: adapting views of the relationship, modifying any dysfunctional behaviour, decreasing emotional avoidance, improving communication, and promoting strength.

Family/Group Therapy

Group therapy involves all members of a family, immediate or extended, and may be sought to improve communication or to resolve conflict.

Wellness Check-up

The Wellness Check-Up allows you to really tune in with yourself and your needs. You will complete a provided wellness assessment ahead of the session where you will identify met and unmet needs in all areas of wellness (i.e., physical, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, workplace, relationships, etc.). During the 40-minute session you and your therapist will work together to identify both strengths and goals for your wellness and self-care practices.
